Northumbria University is a major player in BUCS (British Universities and Colleges Sport)- the premier sporting competition for students across the UK.
The Stan Calvert Cup is as big as it gets in Univeristy sport as Northumbria tackle sporting rivals Newcastle each year for the only prize that matters-the coveted Stan Calvert cup.
In addition to Northumbria's successful BUCS teams, our National League Programme sees Team Northumbria being represented at local, regional and national level.
